Call Screening

When callers dial your BT RingCentral number or extension, BT RingCentral allows users to take real-time action on the call. The simplest screening option prompts the caller to provide their name, which is played to the user who can then accept or reject the call. Call screening can be activated based on Caller Display or contact list membership. Call screening greetings, Music On-Hold and music interrupt prompts are all customizable.
Call Transfer

Call Transfer allows the end-user to transfer an existing call to another phone number. Supervised transfers - where the end-user remains on the call, and unsupervised transfers, where the caller immediately drops off the call - are both supported.
Call Waiting
Call Waiting provides notification of a new incoming call when the line is already is use. Notification is through pulse tones played into the existing call or phone display of the incoming call showing the Caller Display.
Caller Display
Caller Display provides the phone number or caller’s name if listed in the RingCentral Contacts database.
Call Hold
Call Hold allows the end-user to place the existing call on-hold. Call hold can be accomplished from any device (even mobile phones or ordinary landline phones) by entering ##.
Call Blocking
: Calls can be blocked from specific area codes, phone numbers or from payphones.
RingOut

RingOut allows users to initiate calls from the BT RingCentral user portal. Using RingOut, the end-user selects the number to be called, the phone number they want to be called at, and the Caller Display they want to show to the called party.
RingMe

RingMe allows Web site visitors and email recipients to call with the click of a mouse and at no cost to them. RingMe is a button icon or text code that can be embedded in Web sites, email signatures, online ads or any online document. When a Web visitor to the customer’s site clicks the link, it creates a pop-up asking them to enter their phone number. BT RingCentral then bridges a call from the visitor to the BT RingCentral customer extension that has been tagged as a RingMe extension.
