Receive voicemail and faxes in your Outlook inbox

BT RingCentral will send your voicemail (.wav file attachments) and faxes (.pdf attachments) directly to your Outlook inbox. Forwarding a voicemail or fax to your colleagues is as easy as sending email.
Instantly call or fax an Outlook contact
BT RingCentral subscribers can click to call any number in their contact list , email signatures, Web pages and any document.
Send a fax from within any Microsoft Windows® application
Faxing from Windows is as easy as printing or sending an email. Simply click the BT RingCentral Fax button and go.
Automatically identify callers who are in your Outlook contacts
When your Outlook Contacts call or fax you, you'll see and hear their names from your Call Controller, and hear the Auto-Attendant read their names before you accept a call. You can set up your greeting options so that callers can be prompted by phone to state their name—but if their names are already in your BT RingCentral account, you can further set your options so that these contacts are not bothered with the prompt.
