Great for when you’re in meetings or on the phone with someone else, but want to give that caller the personal touch or a call back time. |

Pick up the call while the caller is leaving a message
Call Controller allows you to listen to the message as it is being recorded, and to pick up the call to speak with the caller. |

Record calls
Record and play back calls for transcription directly from Call Controller. You can save the files to your PC and forward them to others. |

Microsoft Outlook integration
